Chaitanya Choudhary and Shriya Jha
Two new entries will spice up proceedings in Zee TV’s Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, produced by FilmFarm India. Handsome hunk Chaitanya Choudhary and beautiful Shriya Jha will soon enter the show. They will play a couple in the upcoming new track, is what we get to hear. Chaitanya and Shriya will be distant relatives of Shivani (Mansi Shrivastava). Chaitanya, who has been part of popular serials like Kahiin Toh Hoga, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Sangam, Kkavyanjali is presently seen in FilmFarm’s popular show on Colors, Uttaran in the role of Kanha. Shriya will return to TV after a hiatus. This will be her comeback after being replaced by Aleeza Khan in Sahara One’s Jhilmil Sitaron Ka Aangan Hoga owing to health issues. A source states, “The creative team is presently brainstorming on the track to come in Do Dil. Chaitanya and Shriya have been locked to play very important cameo roles which will last for the next 2-3 months.” When contacted, Chaitanya said, “Well, I have been approached. But I cannot speak about anything till I get to hear from them.” Shriya Jha told us, “Yes, I will be playing a very nice cameo in the show. I am not authorized to speak anything now, but all I can say is that it is a good role with a lot of prominence.” We dropped a text to Producer Pintoo Guha, and also had a word with the channel’s spokesperson before filing our story. However, we are yet to get a reply from them. The latest from the sets of the show is that the duo will start shoot in a couple of days. We will keep you updated on the new track to come.
