MUMBAI: Right in the very beginning, before showcasing her talent in any of the entertainment industries, Erica used to participate in popular pageants like 'Pantaloons Femina Miss Maharashtra 2011' amongst other titles, and eventually she made her way to both the showbiz and the entertainment worlds. 

Erica became a household name post-portraying the roles of 'Sonakshi Bose' (for Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi) and 'Prerna Sharma' (for Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2.0), as the female lead for both the shows.
