Antara Biswas, better known by her stage name Monalisa has been a part of the Indian entertainment industry for a long time. She has done mostly Bhojpuri language films, and has also appeared in Hindi, Bengali, Odia, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu language films. 

Monalisa has also appeared in the controversial reality show Bigg Boss where she tied the knot with boyfriend actor Vikrant Singh Rajput on the national television channel. The duo has also worked together in numerous Bhojpuri movies before getting married. In 2005, she marked her Bollywood debut with 'Blackmail' starring Ajay Devgn and Suniel Shetty.

An equally popular face on social media, Monalisa enjoys a solid fanbase of over 4 million followers on Instagram where she regularly posts her pictures and videos. 

The actress garnered rave reviews after she essayed the character of a paranormal being in Four Lions Films' Nazar and now is currently seen in Namak Issq Ka from the same house.
