Actress Chetna Kaintura will essay a very interesting role, yet again in an upcoming episodic of Life OK’s Shapath (Fireworks Productions).

Well, we say yet again, as Chetna has till now been part of as many as eight episodics of Shapath, having got the opportunity to don various avatars.

Now, her newest avatar for the episodic will be of a bubbly college-going girl who would aspire to do her internship with the cops in order to learn the nuances of solving cases.

The story will revolve around this girl Priyanka (Chetna) who would be an extrovert, with a lot of dare and courage in her. Her character will be similar to that of Kareena Kapoor’s in the movie Jab We Met. With Priyanka joining the team of cops in solving cases, there would be some irritating moments for the cops as they would have to handle her ignorance and funny nature.

The story would also see a twist wherein the cops would get worked out, as they would not be able to get to the conclusion of a particular case. And it will come out as a shocker for them to know that Priyanka is not somebody that she appears to be.

We hear that Chetna has even bagged a chance to put up some fight sequences wherein she gets involved in a fight with the lady cops.

When contacted, Chetna confirmed the news saying, “Yes, this is a very amazing role, as there are quite a lot of layers to the character. I have always had a good association going with Fireworks Productions; I have been part of nearly 18 of their episodics tales so far.”

Chetna was last seen donning the role of Zeenat in Zee TV’s Jodha Akbar.
