MUMBAI: Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia became a household name for her role Meher in Colors' show Chhoti Sardarrni. The actress has won several hearts with her stellar performance in the show. Nimrit's onscreen jodi with Avinesh Rekhi too has done wonders.
We all know Nimrit plays a doting mother of two kids in the show. The actress is beautifully slaying in her role.

On being asked about her worries about playing a mother onscreen at such a young age, Meher had a great response to it.
The actress said, "I wasn't skeptical at all as I'm playing a character onscreen and it has nothing to do with my real life."
Nimrit further added, "As an actor, it is our job to explore different kinds of character. One should be like water and adjust themselves in each and every role."
The diva said that we don't live in such times where actors will be stereotyped for the characters they portray onscreen.
