The show had to go on, and especially when it is a much-talked about and popular show that holds the numero-uno position in the entire GEC space!!

Yes, we are talking about the reason for ‘unrest’ on the sets of Star Plus’ Diya Aur Baati Hum over the last few days.

Well, our loyal readers would remember reading our exclusive stories on Deepika Singh slapping Anas Rashid on the set of the show. We had also explained how Anas had apparently gone on to get too close to Deepika for a certain romantic scene which proved as the catalyst to the fight.

After the development, there was a clear chaos observed on the set, and that only meant that a solution had to be arrived upon at the earliest, in order to set things right and resume the smooth sailing in terms of shoot.

And that is what has exactly happened!! It is believed that Anas and Deepika have now hugged and patched up, thus moving on after the ugly spat.

A reliable source tells us, “The CINTAA (The Cine and TV Artistes Association) had to intervene to bring about a solution. Yesterday, both Anas and Deepika had a detailed discussion with the personnels at CINTAA, after which things settled down for both the actors.”

Post the meeting with CINTAA, it is believed that Deepika and Anas did shake their hands, indicating that all is fine.

We tried our best contacting Anas and Deepika, but did not get through to them.

When contacted, Gajendra Chauhan, President, CINTAA told us, “See, it was a case of two children coming to their parents seeking help. CINTAA being the parental body has sorted things between actors Anas Rashid and Deepika Singh. A solution has been got, and all is fine on the sets of Diya Aur Baati Hum.”

Wow, this is indeed happy news!!                    

Here’s hoping that Anas and Deepika forget the ‘one’ unfortunate incident and continue to entertain their fans as the lovable Sooraj and Sandhya!!
