MUMBAI: A show synonymous to adventure, strength and fitness, also witnesses some emotional moments and challenges that overwhelm the contestants and the celebrity leaders alike. While the zest to prove oneself and stay strong remain constant, some situations make it difficult to hold back. In this season, not only are the contestants fighting it out in the game, all of them feel close to a cause for the welfare of the society.
One such Contestant is Zabi Khan, who impressed the leaders in auditions with his heartfelt effort for animals. An animal rights activist, Zabi has rescued over 3000 animals, has been awarded with the National Youth Icon 2018 and Ashoka Youth Venturer along with a Padma Shri nomination. Zabi has also been honoured as one of the best volunteers of India V-Award 2019 from the United Nations and he has his own NGO called ‘A Place To Bark’. At the mere age of 23, he has done what one could not even imagine and rightfully earned his spot in Roadies Revolution.
With a zeal of proving himself, Zabi has always been supportive in the group tasks, however, the other contestants have their own doubts. Some episodes back, Kevin has also told him upfront that he is not strong enough for Roadies. It is because of the fondness of celebrity leaders towards him, the other contestants have been taking Zabi for a toss. In the “Halke Mein Math Lo” task, everyone was in favour that he should not perform as nobody will anyway vote him out. All these things might have made Zabi feel a little nervous and low on self-esteem, which will be evident in the upcoming episode.
In this week’s task, “Latka Matka ya Jatka”, he does have a chance to pitch to the teams to let him perform but he says, “He feels useless right now”. Neha Dhupia and Rannvijay would be seen consoling him and asking him to have faith in himself. But what led to these actions? Will Zabi be able to prove himself that he is actually worthy and he has been doing things which no one can match?
