It was truly a heart-breaking situation for me to see someone I look up to going through such turmoil in life. But I am in awe with the dedication that Irrfan showed. Despite his illness, he gave his 100 per cent to his work. I aspire to imbibe the same quality in my work”, Deepak revealed.  

Irrfan Khan, who has made his mark internationally with films like Life of Pi and Jurassic World, has spent the past year being treated in London for Neuroendocrine Cancer.
