MUMBAI: TellyChakkar broke the explosive news about actor Dheeraj Dhoopar being locked to play a prominent role in Colors’ Naagin 5.

As per reports, Param Singh and Hina Khan have also bagged the show.

Now, sources close to the project have informed us that there are possibilities of Dheeraj playing a negative role in the show.

A source said, “While the scripting is at a nascent stage, the creatives are writing and rewriting several tracks and pitching the channel and production house. However, Dheeraj might play a negative character in the show. But things are still under wraps, and hence, there is no 100% confirmation on any update related to the show."

Well, Dheeraj has been entertaining the audience as loverboy Karan Luthra in Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya since quite some time now, and if the buzz turns out to be true, it will be exciting to watch him in a negative shade.

As per reports, Surbhi Chandana and Akshay Bindra are speculated to play the leads in Naagin 5.
