Digangana Suryavanshi happens to be the youngest contestant to have made it into the Bigg Boss house!!

Today, the talented girl celebrates her birthday, and turns eighteen…

On this happy occasion, we at Tellychakkar.com had a conversation with Neeraj Suryavanshi, Digangana’s father who felt elated as this is a big day in his daughter’s life.

Speaking about the big occasion, Neeraj told us, “Yes, it is a big day for our entire family. Digangana turns 18 today, and we have been missing her a lot. Of course, turning 18 is something special and we would have loved to have her with us on this memorable day. Having said this, she is out on a mission to do well in Bigg Boss Nau. So we wish her all the best.”

When asked if it was an easy decision for him and the family to give consent for Digangana’s participation in Bigg Boss, the proud father said, “Not at all. In fact, when we got the offer, I and my wife did not talk about it at all for few days. My wife was very scared and nervous, and did not want to send her daughter into the house. As parents, we did not want to face any bizarre situation where we would be left repenting for the whole of our lives about this particular decision. But when we met the makers, they explained to us about various tough situations that they had handled smoothly in the past. They told us that they will always be there, monitoring all that happens in the house. I then had a big task of convincing my wife, and we finally managed to do it. I am glad that my daughter is in Bigg Boss house today.”

Explaining further, he said, “See, there are many things that we will never want our kids to do at home. We never ever push them to the brink to do a certain thing they do not like. So I see this as just an opportunity for Digangana to learn many things. Being there she will be forced to take her own decisions, and set things right for herself. And I am sure she will do well.”

On her daughter’s talent, the man averred, “Digangana is very talented. She has the capability to grasp and learn 100 dialogues in just few minutes. She is intelligent, and I want her to be herself on the show.”

The man felt that Digangana’s first day experience with Salman Khan was very interesting. “Her answers were very spontaneous and genuine. Her intelligence showed through in the way she presented herself.”

On her visibility so far in the Bigg Boss house, her father explained, “As I said, she had a fabulous start with Salman Khan. On the first few days, her presence was comparatively less, as the focus were on the love stories. Yesterday, she was seen a lot, and she handled situations well, according to me.”

Neeraj confided in us that he had advised his daughter to watch few episodes of the last season’s Bigg Boss, to get a grasp of how people can be, and how they can play their games inside the house. “Yes, she managed to see few episodes. I would have loved it if she had watched the whole season to know how friends can turn enemies at the end of it. But I guess she has gone inside well-educated about everything.”

Talking about his wife’s worries, he stated, “Well, even now my wife seems disturbed, and keeps crying all day. Yesterday, when we were watching the episode, she was telling us that Digangana looks disturbed, and wants to talk out so many things. She misses being with her daughter. I hope she gets better in the days to come.”

On his observation on Digangana in the house, he explained, “Digangana seems disturbed. Knowing her, she will take few days to settle. She has a lot in her to portray. As I said earlier, we have advised her to be her real self, and react to situations in a very honest way, just as she would react to it when at home.”
