Why?

Well the DD National drama has recently completed 500 episodes with yesterday’s (29 September) episode. And earlier this month the daily also made another achievement by completing two years.

On the special occasion when we buzzed the lead actor of the show, Yash Tonk, the talented man shared, “As an actor I feel much blessed and privileged to be part of this show. After being associated with many hit shows, I feel that it is my responsibility to make this show a successful one. Especially considering the current scenario, when shows are witnessing an abrupt closure within two to three months, it is indeed a big achievement for all of us”.

“Coming to the celebration part, we did cut a cake on the sets. Currently I am not shooting so have not planned much, but I am pretty sure that we will surely celebrate it in a bigger scale, as we have two reasons to celebrate”, concluded the actor.

We are sure Yash that it indeed calls for a big celebration.

The charming female lead of Pavitra Bandhan, Hritu Dudhani told us, “Yes, we are all very excited to cherish this moment. I am extremely thrilled as this is my longest-running show (smiles). The entire unit and team of Pavitra Bandhan is happy, and is celebrating the moment. We will want to celebrate in the same way, even after a 500 more.
