MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with yet another latest update from the world of television.

We have seen how several TV shows have been produced each year and many have gone off-air at the same time.

Ek Hasina Thi is one such show which was quite popular among the fans.

The show starred Sanjeeda Shaikh and Vatsal Sheth in the lead roles.

Ek Hasina Thi aired on Star Plus and it was a crime-thriller series with Ayyub Khan and Simone Singh in the supporting roles.

Vatsal played the role of Shaurya Goenka and Sanjeeda Shaikh played Durga's role.

The viewers loved Sanjeeda and Vatsal's onscreen pairing in this crime thriller series.

While the show launched on 14th April 2014, it went off-air in the same year in December leaving the diehard fans extremely upset.

In the recent question and answer session by Vatsal Sheth on Instagram, the actor was asked by one of his fans about season 2 of Ek Hasina Thi.

Well, Vatsal Sheth has already expressed his desire to be a part of Ek Hasina Thi 2. It will be interesting to see what Sanjeeda has to say on this.

Vatsal Sheth is a known face of both Bollywood and the television world. He has starred in movies like Tarzan - The Wonder Car, Nanhe Jaisalmer, Heroes, Toh Baat Pakki!, Malang, among others. He did shows like Just Mohabbat, Rishton Ka Saudagar - Baazigar, Haasil among others. Meanwhile, Sanjeeda Shaikh is already a well-known name in the TV industry.
