If sources are to be believed then Aashish Sabhlawat has won The Player hosted by Rajeev Laxman, twin brother of Raghu Ram (last seen as judges on Roadies). The final three contestants of the show were Sabhlawat, Shivli Sharma and Aman Bawa. The finale is expected to air sometime in the beginning of March. Our source informs, "The winner will walk away with a cash prize of Rs 15 Lakhs. As per the rule of the show, the contestants are posed with a challenge of deciding unanimously on a name that will walk away with the prize money. The longer they take to decide a name the lesser prize money they can claim. For every extra minute they take to decide on a name they are penalised by a deduction in their prize money. So the money came down to 12.5 lakhs." Laxman who hosts the show refused to comment.
