MUMBAI: The audience absolutely loved actor Mohit Malik in Kulfi Kumarr Bajewala on Star Plus. His chemistry with Aakriti Sharma was well known and people could not have enough of them. While the show went off-air, the audience saw him yet again in Lockdown Ki Lovestory and since then, we have been waiting to watch him on television.

Mohit, along with his wife Addite embraced parenthood only recently and now it looks like he has bagged yet another show - Dhadkan.

The show which was recently launched, takes us into the medical world once again after various medical dramas which have done quite well on Indian Television.

Additi Gupta has made a comeback to television after a few years and is seen as the lead actress in this show. And now the latest buzz is that Mohit who is known for his roles in Kulfi Kumar Bajewala and Doli Armaano Ki has been approached by the makers opposite Additi and the character will be seen bringing interesting twists in the story.

Rumours had been floating about Mohit doing Khatron Ke Khiladi earlier this year but we hear that the actor had not taken up the reality show due to his son's birth clashing around the same time. If Mohit signs the dotted line, his fans will surely be happy to see the actor back on-screen.

We tried reaching out to Mohit but he remained unavailable.

Recently while talking to ETimes TV, the actor had shared that he feels lucky to have gotten a chance to experiment with a variety of roles in TV, "I feel lucky to have gotten a chance to experiment with a variety of genres over the years, which the audiences have always loved and appreciated. In each of my shows I have been given the chance to not only play my character as it is, but I have been able to experiment with various avatars of my characters be it angry or romantic, be it a father figure or a doting lover, there has been only and only variety for me to play with, which as an actor there is nothing better that I could ask for. Being on a TV show set, there has always been something new to discover and explore with every single day, and I am truly grateful for all the learnings that I have acquired, and eagerly awaiting the new learnings to come along with any project that I now take up."
