In an exclusive interview with Manu Sharma aka Mahendra, we asked him about his journey as an Actor and Casting Director to which he replied, "I had first begun with acting when I came to Mumbai. But I soon realized that there must be something parallel to the profession for my survival here. I wanted to have something which would keep me connected to the industry and Casting was the best option."

"I come from a family business background and academically I have a degree in MBA. Casting turned out to be my best decision as it kept me in the industry and brought opportunities to grow as an actor. It not only enhanced my acting career but provided me with a parallel career that shall always keep me rooted in the industry." he added.

We asked him about who's casting is the most challenging Web Series, TV or Movies, he had an insightful answer to it, "Well, casting for Web Series is the most challenging job as we have to search for an actor who masters the art of subtle and more natural acting. We often approach theatre artists in such cases as they own that patience and craft. OTT as a platform is known for experiments and more lifelike characters, so yes, I feel actors like Manoj Bajpayee, Pankaj Tripathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui are made for this platform."

He has been a pivotal part of the most popular crime series on TV Crime Patrol and added a feather to his hat with the show.
