MUMBAI: Daily soap Pandya Store has made a place in everyone’s heart with its gripping storyline and intriguing twists. Fans completely relate to each character in the show and shower their love on the three couples; Shiva and Raavi often top the charts of being their favourite. Apart from the couple love Dhara aka Shiny has received immense love for her character in the show. Fans have not only adored her but also supported her in all the ups and downs amid the show.

Shiny turned a year older on the 15th of this month and currently, she is on a romantic getaway with hubby Lavesh Khairajani. She said, "I celebrated my birthday on a beautiful island with my husband. We have been planning our honeymoon for a long time and I needed and required a break because I was working back-to-back."

"I really needed some time with my husband and myself. I was working back-to-back since December last year. So this year when my birthday was approaching, Lavesh decided to make this trip. He gifted me this holiday where I got to celebrate my birthday on a beautiful island," she added. 

How do you usually like to celebrate your birthday?

Birthdays have never been like a big thing for me, it has always been about a small intimate affair with my close friends and husband. I have always been content with what life has thrown at me on my birthdays, but this year it's special because we have come to the Maldives. It's like a birthday cum honeymoon.

What is your Birthday ritual?

There isn't a ritual that I follow, but on my birthday every year there is a small prayer that I say and I meditate too for some time because on normal days I leave for the shoot soon after I wake up and I don't get time to do all these things. And this year also I prayed while sitting at this beautiful island and said thank you to god for everything.

So what special did your husband do for you? 

Every day has been special since we have been together. And I mostly travel with him on my birthdays. Every year on my birthday he decorates my room and he gets a beautiful cake for me, and he keeps doing small-small things to make me feel special and on my birthdays he doesn't retaliate, he says 'do what you want it's your birthday.

Well, the break was much needed for the newlyweds and Shiny's birthday turned the occasion even more special for the duo. We can surely say they are the cutest lovebirds in town.
