MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is here once again to give you an interesting update about a new show which is to be launched soon on the small screen. 

Earlier, we had informed how Saath Nibhana Saathiya's prequel is being planned which will be launched on Star Bharat. 

After the success of season 1 of Saath Nibhana Saathiya, the makers came back with season 2 last year with the old star cast supporting the new family for a few months.

We had also informed that the prequel of Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2 will be like a time machine as it will take us back in time. 

The viewers will get to see and know about the most famous question 'Rasode Mein Kaun Tha'. 

Now, we have exclusively learnt that Giaa Manek who earlier played the role of Gopi bahu is likely to play the lead. 

Well, we all know that Giaa became a household name for her role Gopi bahu and is still remembered for the same. 

There's no official confirmation on the same but if the news is true then it will definitely take us all down memory lane. 

Saath Nibhana Saathiya season 1 and 2 both are produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms. 

However, the prequel will not be bankrolled by the same production house. 

We have heard that Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega producer Ved Raj of Shoonya Square Productions is likely to bankroll the prequel of Saath Nibhana Saathiya.
