EXCLUSIVE! Hitanshu Nagia opens up playing Vidyut in Wagle Ki Duniya, says he is not at all like his on-screen character, shares his experience of working with senior actors, reveals whom he is closest on the set

MUMBAI: Child actor Hitanshu Nagia is currently seen in SAB TV's show Wagle Ki Duniya.

The talented actor is ruling several hearts with his stellar performance in the show.

The light-hearted comedy-drama series has managed to garner rave reviews from the fans for its interesting storyline.

Hitanshu is one of the major highlights of the show and his wonderful camaraderie with Sumeet Raghavan and Pariva Pranati is one of the major reasons behind the show's popularity.

The young actor has previously been a part of Star Plus' show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehalata Hai and now got recognition for Wagle Ki Duniya.

Mirza Abdul Majid has done casting for Hitanshu for both Wagle Ki Duniya and Yeh Rishta.

In an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, Hitanshu spoke at length about his character, his bond with Wagle Ki Duniya co-stars and much more.

When asked about his character Vidyut and how relatable he is to it, Hitanshu said, ''I am not at all like Vidyut in real life. I am extremely opposite. I do a lot of mischief with Atharav on the show but that's not the same in real life. I really enjoy playing Vidyut's character.''

Further, talking about his bond with the senior actors on the show, he said, ''I share a great bond and all the actors are really nice. They are all very friendly. I get to learn a lot of things from them. I never feel nervous while performing scenes with them.''

Hitanshu further spoke about his bond with Pariva who plays the role of Vandana on the show.

He said, ''I am extremely close to her and we share a great bond. I lovingly call her Pari didi while she calls me Vidyut off-screen.''

Hitanshu also revealed that he is extremely close to one person on the set and said, ''I spend most of my time with Bhakti mam who plays my mother on-screen and Sheehan Kapahi. They both are my best friends on set.''

The actor hails from Delhi but later settled in Mumbai after he started acting.
