MUMBAI:  Udaariyan is one of the most loved and successful shows on television, and the story keeps the audience hooked.

Sonakshi Batra marks her debut with this show, and plays one of the leads in the show. She essays the character of Naaz (Jasmine's daughter), and is the negative character in the series.

TellyChakkar got in touch with the actress and asked her how she gets along with the star cast of the show, and if she feels the pressure to break the benchmark created by the previous cast of the show.

How has your journey been on the show Udaariyan?

It has been an amazing journey as we met new people on the sets of the show, and we have connected with the entire new team in no span of time.

How do you get along with the rest of the cast members of the show?

We all have lunch together and have fun; it’s a very positive environment to work in.

Do you think the previous stars on the show have created a benchmark? Is it difficult to break that mark?

It’s difficult as the previous season's actors have left such a strong impact on the audience, and to match that mark is challenging. We are trying our best to beat it and we request you to give love to the hard work we are doing and to appreciate our dedication.

Well, there is no doubt that the audience are liking the character of Sonakshi (Naaz), and have connected to it.
