MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with yet another interesting update from the digital world.

A lot of amazing content is being produced in the digital world these days.

We had previously informed you about Rajit Kapoor and Sanjay Bhatia being roped in for Sony LIV's upcoming web series named Rocket Boys.

The latest we hear is that popular TV actor Muni Jha has also been roped in to play a pivotal role in the series.

Filmmakers Nikhil Advani and Siddharth Roy Kapoor are joining hands for this web series.

It was earlier announced that Pataal Lok actor Ishwak Singh will play the role of Sarabhai and that Jim Sarbh, who is widely known for his performance in Neerja, Padmaavat, and Made In Heaven, has been roped in to step into the shoes of Homi Bhabha.

Rajit Kapoor, who is known for his portrayal of Mahatma Gandhi in the 1996 film The Making of the Mahatma for which he won the National Film Award for Best Actor, will be seen along with Sanjay Bhatia who was seen in movies like Radhe and Drishyam.

It is said that the series which is set between 1938 to 1964 deals with India’s space program and its atomic energy program, spearheaded by Sarabhai and Bhabha respectively.

Rocket Boys is being directed by Abhay Pannu.

The series has been shot in Jaipur.

Muni Jha is known for his incredible work in projects like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thii, Devdas, Bezubaan Ishq, among others.
