MUMBAI :Pranali Rathod has become a household name these days with her portrayal of Akshara in Star plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She has been seen in major television shows. She has been a part of Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki, Barrister Babu, and Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye. She made her web debut with Chutzpah, where she portrayed Richa. She has an enormous fan following and the people are crazy for her.
Tellychakkar recently got in touch with the actress and got to know interesting insights.
It is a big deal and a privilege when a girl becomes a mother. Even if it is in the show, you are in that phase. How does it feel?
“I am getting a lot of pampering and if this is how you get pampered while being pregnant, it is amazing. I wish I got pregnant in the show earlier. But on a serious note, I am enjoying it a lot and it’s a lot of fun. Even when Shivansh is on set, we love shooting. It is a different environment on set when kids are around. I am very excited for whatever is to come.”

You always are in the top 5 shows with immensely amazing TRPs. How do you manage to do that?
“It is teamwork and everyone is working hard for the show. Be it on-camera or off-camera, the whole team is putting in a lot of effort to keep the show in such a strong position. But soon, we aim to achieve the top-most position too.”
There is so much happening on the show. What more can the audience expect from the upcoming track?
“There will be a lot of drama in the upcoming track. Even I am excited about the upcoming episodes and I ask you to be too. I think this phase is already being enjoyed by a lot of the audience, the few episodes of which have already aired. There are more amazing things to come so please keep showering your love on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.”
