MUMBAI: Meera Deosthale is a popular face on small screens. 

The actress is known for her roles in shows like Udaan, Vidya, Sasural Simar Ka, Zindagi Wins, and Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls, among others. 

Meera who was last seen playing the lead role of Vidya in Colors' show Vidya is back on the small screens after a long time. 

The actress has bagged a pivotal role in Star Bharat's upcoming show Gud Se Meetha Ishq. 

Meera is portraying the role of Pari who is mentally challenged. 

Her character will act as a liaison between Kaju and Neel played by Pankhuri Awasthy and Ishaan Dhawan respectively. 

Pari will help these lovers in getting closer to each other in the show. 

While the show's journey has recently started, the viewers are loving every bit of it. 

Even Meera is getting a great response from the fans for her character Pari.

I think it's the time when I topped in my 10th grade and I was ranked 3rd in the entire city.

When I became an actor. I still can't digest the feeling of becoming an actor. 

The first time when you felt like a celebrity 

It was when I was doing Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls. We were travelling from Delhi to Mumbai and all the actresses were together. We were given some free upgrades in the flight as they said that they have watched us in this show. That time, I got a celebrity feel. 

The first time you gave an audition 

It was a bad one and I don't even remember what it was about. 

The first time you decided to become an actor 

It was right after my 12th grade when I was asked about my career plans. 

The first time you got your paycheck 

It was amazing. Though the amount was small I was extremely happy. I gave that money to my mom. 

The first time you fell in love... 

It was in my school. I won't even call it love but attraction.
