MUMBAI: Star Plus' Rajjo is doing quite well and winning the hearts of viewers. Rajjo, an aspiring athlete from Uttarakhand, goes through many challenges in the program. Manorama, Rajjo's mother, has a troubled past and is opposed to Rajjo being an athlete.

TV actress Celesti Bairagey has become a household name with the titular role in the show Rajjo. The show is doing extremely well. Her amazing performance has been loved by audiences and she has become a household name. Celesti made her debut in the Assamese Web Film, Niveer Aru Tara. She is also a social media sensation.
TellyChakkar got in touch with the actor Celesti, to talk about her new show, her first impressions and more.
What has your bond with Rajveer been like?
The bond with Arjun is really terrible right now but the bond with Rajveer sir has been nice since day one. He is really helpful with work, he helps with the script reading, the dialogue rehearsal and he is extremely cooperative. So, that support has been really nice.
What was your first impression of Rajveer Singh?
I was very scared because it was my day in Mumbai. I landed around 4 am in the city and had a mock shoot at 11 AM. I hadn't slept at all and just showed up. It was a whole new place, with new people and I met Rajveer sir for the first time. As I was entering the audition room, there was a girl. She was coming out at the same time and was so scared. When I looked at her, whatever confidence I had left in me was gone. He looks scary but he is really nice. Although, his veins pop out sometimes.
What is that one thing that fans will witness about Rajveer in real life that they have not witnessed in the show in your characters?
From what I have understood or read Arjun’s character, he is someone who jumps to conclusions before thinking, but Rajveer sir is someone who will stay calm in the most heated situation as well. He never jumps to conclusions and never does anything without thinking. He does not even utter a word that he might regret later, which is good thing about him and that is absolutely absent in Arjun.
Celesti Bairagey plays the titular character in the show Rajjo and Rajveer Singh plays the role of Arjun.
