MUMBAI: Palak Sindhwani has crossed 1 million followers on Instagram. The actress took to the photo-sharing app to share pictures of her celebrations and also thanked her fans and followers for helping her reach this milestone. 

Palak plays Sonu on the popular Hindi sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC).

Palak Sindhwani, who recently returned to Mumbai with the TMKOC team after wrapping up the shoot in Vapi (Gujarat), thanked her fans for all the love and support. She shared photos of her celebration of crossing the 1 million mark on Instagram. 

In the pictures, Palak can be seen posing with cakes. "From 1000 to 1M, it’s been an incredible journey, can’t thank you guys enough for all the love you have bestowed on me, it really means a lot to me, I really feel blessed to have you all by my side, Thank you for making my heart smile, I can’t reciprocate the same, All I can do is be grateful and appreciate, Thank you so much guys, Dil se aap sab ka shukriya (sic).", wrote Palak in her note.

The team is now back in Mumbai. Many TV shows had to move outside Maharashtra to shoot during the lockdown. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah was one of the last shows to opt for an outdoor shoot schedule. The team moved to a resort near Vapi, Gujarat in May.
