MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television’s Vighnaharta Ganesh has been drawing eyeballs since its beginning. The show is loved by the audience for portraying numerous avatars of Shiva, Parvati and Ganesh . The show has been running for than 2 years and this span audience has showered the with unlimited appreciation. In the upcoming episodes the audience can watch how Bhaanukopam joins the battle and brings havoc all over. Whereas Kartikey takes various avatars to win the battle.

The upcoming sequence will show Kartikey getting married to both Devsena and Valli.The wedding sequence was shoot on a grand scale for which a lot of preparations where done.  As a ritual both the wives had to cook an elaborate meal for Kartikey and his family . Majorly for such sequence special chefs are called who cook the food. But keeping the current situation in mind  both the girls who plays the role of Devsena and Valli decided to cook the food themselves on the sets so that the safety of everyone is intact . Both the girls were helped by the crew and cast of the show which made this cooking more fun. Everyone had the same food they cooked, they found their food delicious.

Basant while telling about the same said “ It was really fun when the entire set came together to cook food for particular sequence. It was the idea of my onscreen wives Devsena and Valli as they though it be better and safer. I must tell you both are marvelous chefs . The food they cooked was delectable , everyone could not stop appreciating their cooking skills. They made sure they cook extra food so that even after the shoot is done  the entire cast and crew can sit and have a meal .

Sunidhi Chauhan who plays the role of Devsena said “ When me and Pearl who plays the role of Valli came with the idea that we both will cook the food for the sequence , everyone on the set was shocked as they thought that we might not know how to cook food  but after a lot of convincing everyone agreed though we both were little worried about the taste of the food but thankfully the food we made was liked by everyone”

Pearl who plays the role of Valli while sharing her experience of cooking said “ When we were told that there was a cooking sequence where my character and Devsena character had to cook the first meal after our marriage for Kartikey and his family we decided why don’t we cook the food  ourselves on the sets only that would help us maintaining the safety. Me and Sunidhi both are fond of cooking so we decided we both only will cook the food and not only that we decided we will cook extra food for everyone on the set. In this cooking process of ours the entire crew and cast helped us a lot”
