Raghuvendra Pratap Rathore (Gaurav Chopraa) and Tapasya (Rashmi Desai) have shared intimate moments earlier in Colors’ Uttaran (FilmFarm Productions) but this time around, they will hit the second base (wink wink).
Where are we getting at?
Well, the very much in love couple is about to express their emotions physically.
“Yes, there will be a very passionate scene between Tapasya and Rathore. This would be the first time when a couple would get so intimate in Uttaran,” shared Gaurav.
And by intimate we mean an intense lip-lock sequence.
“We do kiss but the scene is not about the kiss, it’s about their passion for each other,” stated the actor.
When asked if there was any awkwardness while shooting for the same he averred, “We have chemistry as professionals and that showed on-screen. In fact, we improvised a couple of scenes together and there was no awkwardness.”
Does Rashmi too look at it in a similar fashion? “We create characters that laugh and fight but at the end of the day they have to connect with the audiences. I like my job hence; I try and give my best. There was a romantic scene and my co-star, Gaurav made me feel very comfortable in it,” said the actress.
What about the kiss? “You’ll have to watch the episode to know all about it,’ ended Rashmi.
Now, kiss yes, but given the functioning of the Indian television industry, only time will tell how much of it will air on screen. Viewers might get to see them in passionate action, but the shot might be taken from a long distance. Yet, it’s still better than two flowers meeting on screen. What say?
