This weekend as the nation celebrates its 69 Independence Day, the contestants of Dance India Dance will be seen in a patriotic mood and will pay tribute to the country through their performances. To double the dose of entertainment, Geeta Ma (Geeta Kapur) will be seen back on the show as a special guest. Geeta Ma who was last seen on DID Super Moms, will be part of the Independence day celebrations on the show to cheer the contestants and meet the new masters and of course her favourite Grandmaster Mithun Da.

Over the previous seasons of DID, we have all seen Grandmaster Mithun Da's affinity towards Geeta Ma and their mutual love and admiration. However, in this season we see Dada shifting his loyalties from Master Geeta to his ‘cutie pie’ Master Gaiti. This clearly seems to have not gone down too well with Geeta Ma, who declared that she was on the show to find out what Dada is up to in her absence. To add fuel to the fire, host Jay Bhanushali said that it seemed evident to him at least in the past couple of weeks that ‘cutie pie’ Master Gaiti has replaced Geeta Ma and become Dada’s new favourite!

Geeta Ma who was quite displeased by this point in time told Dada, just because she hasn’t been around for the past one month doesn’t mean Dada should start flirting with someone his granddaughter’s age.  Master Gaiti too seemed  miffed about Geeta Ma’s proximity to Dada, who was sitting on a chair right next to him, while she was sitting far away with the masters. The two women then decided to ask Dada to choose between his old love Geeta or new found cutie-pie Gaiti.  It looked like not just the two lovely ladies, but also the Masters Punit and Mudassar, host Jay Bhanushali and even the audiences were curious to know where Dada’s loyalties actually lay! Indeed, the nation wants to know whether it is Geeta or Gaiti?!

Grand master Mithun Dada, who ignored the question for very long finally decided to give his verdict.  He said unlike other people he has two hearts. His hearts also dance and they have mastered the dance form hip-hop and thus both beat and dance at different points of time for both of them. Geetu will always be his first love while cutie-pie Gaiti has floored him with her charming smile.

Well the common factor between the two is the letter G and his loyalties have always been towards this alphabet. He added he is a happily married bachelor and is in love with both Geeta and Gaiti!
