MUMBAI: Donal Bisht was lauded with love from people when she was in Bigg Boss 15. She has won us time and again with her straightforward attitude, stunning looks, and sartorial fashion picks.

However, the actress has been in the news for quite some time for her dating rumours with Abhishek Bajaj.

Donal Bisht is planning to step her foot in Bollywood and is trying to find the right project that will fit her.

Ask her if she is dating the actor and she says, “Not at all. We’ve been friends for six years. When I entered Mumbai, he was new here. We know each other since then. We are focused on our work; that’s our priority. We’ve come here to work. I’m workaholic and I’m in love with my work. I’m single and not ready to marry. There’s time for that.”

She reveals that before even thinking about marriage she needs to “achieve a lot”. Her wish list comprises Bollywood. “I’m holding myself for Bollywood and waiting for the right break. I want to enter Bollywood,” she shares.

Does that mean she has quit TV? “I’m not quitting. I keep getting calls every day and I had to let them go. TV is time consuming. You lose on other aspects of creativity,” she retorts.

She started her acting career in 2015 by appearing in Star Plus's Airlines as a journalist. In the same year, she played Dr. Shelly in anthology series Twist Wala Love.

In 2017, she got her first lead role of Sharanya Bisht in Sony TV's Ek Deewaana Tha opposite Namik Paul and Vikram Singh Chauhan.

From 2018 to 2019, Bisht played Ishika Patel in Colors TV's Roop – Mard Ka Naya Swaroop opposite Shashank Vyas.
