It is celebration time for four talented actors of Telly land today. They are Ajay Chaudhary, Virendra Saxena, Nupur Alankar and Manish Gandhi, who have all turned a year older today (25 November).
Actor Ajay Chaudhary, who is currently seen in Uttaran on Colors, is pretty excited because today happens to be his first birthday post marriage. He is expecting a surprise from his wife as he plans to spend the day exclusively with her.
“It feels nice growing a year older (laughs). And I really do not know what the day’s plan is as my wife has taken it upon herself to give me a surprise. I don’t have any idea about gifts too but I hope it is an I-phone, since I do not have it,” he laughs.
Bollywood and television actor Virendra Saxena, who is celebrating his 60th birthday today, plans to have a normal day without much fanfare. “I have some close friends who will come home for dinner. It feels nice to celebrate a big day like this with them. However, I must say, that at 60, I do not feel that I am old as my thoughts, attitude and actions are still the same; there is no change apart from the fact that now I have experience and memories to share with my juniors,” the senior actor informs.
However, when we called Nupur Alankar to greet her, we got a rather poignant expression from her end.
“It is a no celebration day for me. My in-laws are not well; my father-in-law is above 72 years of age and is facing a health issue which has put my mother-in law through a lot of mental stress. My birthday wish would only be that I and the people around me enjoy good health,” she prays.
We wish Nupur and her family all the strength to deal with the situation.
And finally when we tried contacting Manish Gandhi, he did not take up our call. We assume he must be enjoying his birthday fabulously!
