Dill Mill Gayye star Pankit Thakker, who was last seen in Big Magic’s Kis Din Mera Viyah Hovega, is celebrating his birthday today (14 March). Last night, the actor brought in his birthday with his wife and nine year young son. Explained Pankit, “To my surprise, my wife Prachi and my son brought in my birthday last night with a cake. Today also the little genius and Prachi have planned something special for me.” “Frankly speaking, I don’t like to celebrate my birthday. I like to be aloof on this day. On the contrary I like to make merry when it comes to a birthday of my family member. Then I make it sure to surprise them,” he added. What about gifts? “I don’t like to receive birthday gifts; for me gifts are all about people’s love and their gestures,” Pankit quips. How do you feel on getting a year older? “I don’t feel that I am getting older. And being an actor, one has to keep looking young.” Any wish that you want to get fulfilled? “Nothing as such, I am very contented in life,” Pankit answers.
