Since the time it has been revealed that Harshad Chopra’s track in Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil is nearing its end, the actor has been flooded with mails and messages from his fans across the nation and even outside of the country. Though Harshad was also seen in Left Right Left it was his role as Prem in Kis Desh.. that made the actor very popular with the fairer sex. It is believed that in the past two days, the actor has received almost 10,000 petitions and the number keeps on increasing. When contacted, Harshad informs, “I am receiving mails and messages from my viewers who are demanding my stay in the show. They have been requesting me not to die in the show. It feels nice and sad simultaneously. But I am the wrong person to make this request to as I don’t have the authority to alter the track. Even the channel is receiving mails from my fans.” According to a source from the show Prem will die after he meets with an accident. The actor chooses to remain tightlipped on the track and says, “I can’t reveal how and when my track is going to end. For that you will have to keep yourself glued to the show for the next one or two weeks.” With the latest heart-throb quitting the show against his fans’ wishes it remains to be seen if the current TRPs of the show register any decline. But rumours have it that the K-queen is all set to rope in Harshad in her new show that will replace Kahaani.
