Hina Khan reveals how she has planned her Bollywood career, says it’s difficult to get into mainstream cinema

Hina talks about how difficult it is to make it big in mainstream cinema but said it not impossible as SSR, Murnal, Ankita, and Prachi did it.

MUMBAI: Hina Khan is one of the most successful and cherished stars of television, and the actress has a massive fan following.

She began her career as Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and became a household name.

Post quitting the show, the actress had a major transformation in her personality and was a part of reality shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss Season 11 where she got a lot of fame and emerged as the first runner-up of the show.

She was last seen as Komolika in Star Plus’ Kasautii Zindagii Kay and nailed her performance.

Hina was the first-ever television actress to walk the red carpet at the Cannes festival.

Now, the actress is on a break as she is busy with other commitments and waiting for the right scripts.

These days, she is grabbing the headlines for her upcoming music video with Shaheer Sheikh.

In a recent interview, Hina talked about her Bollywood career where she said that at one point she knew that getting into mainstream cinema was tough so she took another path and did independent movies which may not be produced by big banners but gave her global recognization.

She further said that one of those films took her to Cannes festival where she became the first Indian television actress to walk the red carpet, and she has one more film in line where she would be walking the red carpet at Cannes, but has been unable to do it for the past two years.

In the end, she said that with her hard work and dedication, she is slowly making her way to Bollywood and she has not given up. Coming back to television is easy to do as she would be paid a bomb for it.

Well, there is no doubt that Hina is an exceptionally talented actress and has all the potential to make it big in Bollywood.
