MUMBAI: Popularly known for soaps like Dastaan-E-Mohabbat Salim Anarkali, Mahabharat, and Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, Shaheer Sheikh is one of the happening television actors of current times. The actor next will be seen as the lead in the spin-off of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and fans can’t wait for the show to kick-start.
In the spin off, Sheikh will be seen in a modern avatar, inspired by the look of Hrithik Roshan's from Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.
Speaking about his look in the show, a source shared with a publication, “Shaheer's look on the show will be very modern and young, like that of Hrithik Roshan's from Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. His character would not be that of a boy next door, like he has played in his previous shows, but will be very outspoken and witty. He will be seen wearing rugged denim and hot looks for the show."
Reports also mentioned that Shaheer has already done a photoshoot for the look.
Actors Rhea Sharma and Rithvik Arora will be playing the parallel lead roles in the show, and the team, as per media reports, is likely to begin the shooting by 21 or 22 February 2019.
