Recently, Tellychakkar.com reported about MTV coming up with a new show Humko Ishq Ne Maara (Lost Boy Productions) where the beautiful Veebha Anand and Niti Taylor will play the leads.

Veebha, who is a talented actress and has a good experience portraying challenging roles, said, “I play an 18 year old Bihari girl who wants to become a singer and comes to Mumbai to join the most reputed institute for singers. It’s like every budding singer’s dream school. And what happens there and how situations change will be for the viewers to see.”

Interestingly, Veebha’s name in the show will be Navya Naveli which is also Amitabh Bachchan’s grand daughter’s name. “I got to know about the similarity quite recently and I must say it is a feel good thing for me. I am super thrilled and hope the audiences love the show equally.”

Veebha, who has been impressing viewers with her character as Subhadra in Star Plus’ Mahabharat. went on to share a secret. “I tried taking a month long classical singing classes as I have always been interested in singing, but I guess I am not just made for it. Since I am a bad singer in real life, I am super excited to play a good one in the show (laughs). Having said this, I really enjoy music and being part of the show that has the same backdrop is an added advantage for me.”

We wish you all the best Veebha!
