MUMBAI: Actor Akshay Kharodia who is currently seen in the Star Plus show Pandya Store got his first jab today. The actor who was on a long leave about his marriage is shooting despite the several hindrances ie. Post-vaccination fever. The actor appealed to all his fans to get vaccinated at the earliest.

Talking about his current state, the actor said "I'm feeling very tired right now. I'm drowsy but I know it is for a good purpose. My body is getting the immune to fight the disease".

When asked about the difficulties he faced while getting a slot, to which he said "Nothing at all. The government is doing such a great job. I got a slot the day I wanted to get vaccinated and within 15 minutes I got my vaccine"

Furthermore, the actor spoke about how despite his health condition he has to turn up on the set to shoot and not let the telecast get hampered. He averred "No, they are not giving me any off. Even today also I was working all day. I have body ache, fever but I am still shooting despite being in so much discomfort"

Lastly, the actor made a humble appeal to all his fans to get the vaccination at the earliest. He said "It is for a good purpose as you are saving your life as well as your loved ones. We will successfully eradicate Covid if every one of us gets vaccinated" he signed off.
