Rakhi Sawant was at her element when she addressed the media regarding the ongoing Life OK cookery reality show, Welcome Baazi Mehmaan Nawazi Ki. Rakhi and Aanchal Sabharwal prepared pani pani and other yummy snacks and asked the media to taste it. Later talking to us, the queen of reality shows (Bigg Boss 1, Rakhi Ka Swayamwar and Nach Balliye 3 etc) said: “It was a great experience of going to people’s houses (Madhura Naik, Sangram Singh and Chetan Hansraj) for dinner. I have had food what I have not heard of (Macaroni). The sad part was that they were serving just about anything. Had it been paid they would have had to do better. Aanchal’s food was so bad that I had to break plates.” What did you prepare at your house? “I served heavy duty spicy stuff such as chicken tikka, veg kolhapuri, mirchi ka salaan etc.” How did they deal with so much masala? “Ask them what happened next morning? But I always have sweets after dinner as I like to take care of my health.” Here Rakhi added that “she would like to call industry biggies like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Salman -Vivek Oberoi and Salman- Katrina Kaif to her house to solve their disputes.” So what made her say “yes” to this Miditech produced project, “I don’t leave any reality show. I really liked this format of going to different celebrity’s houses and trying out various cuisines and then calling them home and taking care of them. I will admit that though we had lots of scraps during the act,I actually missed them later.” Were you brought in to create controversy? “I don’t create it, but will give back if attacked; a snake also will not bite till you meddle with it. These guys and girls asked me very personal questions like in an episode you see me beating up Madhura Naik. Ideally they should not behave like that with a senior, forget that should you insult someone who you call to your house? I am not Sonia Gandhi that I will forget and forgive everybody.” But before ending, she states that the show is not scripted. “The creatives smartly chose the people who will clash given their personalities and they also know that if you let four guys loose on Rakhi, and they attack her, she will single-handedly deal with them and also emerge victorious.” She also did not think that that the show was only about controversy, “the food was there, it's just that you guys only look at other elements,” she ended.
