Actress Sargun Mehta, who has recently celebrated her first marriage anniversary with her husband Ravi Dubey in Goa, feels extremely proud of her husband. Recently we spoke with Sargun about her anniversary celebration, with her hubby Ravi, and her shows and she got all chatty with us. Talking about her journey with Ravi the actress said, “We celebrated our anniversary in Goa. After a long time we spent some time together. Ravi gifted me diamond earrings. We had a great time together”. Praising her husband for his performance in his show Jamai Raja, Sargun commented, “I am extremely proud of Ravi that he is being appreciated for his performance. And I really like his chemistry with Nia Sharma and they are doing really well”. “I also feel that the show has a unique concept about the Jamai (son-in-law) taking care of the entire family. And I like the show for this unique concept”, added the talented lady. The actress, who has recently hosted a dance reality show, says that she really enjoyed hosting. “I have already participated in dance reality shows (Nach Baliye) and now being on the other side feels wonderful. I personally feel that anchoring reflects my inner personality”. The lady also opened up about quitting her previous show. “When I joined the show I had lots of expectations from it but, was not happy about the way the show was shaping up. I would say that creative issues were responsible for my decision”. Sargun, who always prefers to do some challenging character, mentioned that her character in Phulwa will always remain close to her heart. “Phulwa was a very challenging role, where I needed to change myself for portraying the character convincingly. Now also, I will love to perform in some challenging characters”. We wish her luck with her career and married life.
