MUMBAI: Ashi Singh is known for Aladdin and YUDKBH. She reveal a hilarious incident that she experienced on Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai sets.

The actress shared, "We were having a reading for Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai where I was meeting the entire cast for the very first time. That’s when I met this girl who was also a part of the cast; she was really pretty. She went on to ask me what role I was playing, and I told her that I was playing the character of Naina. I then asked her what part she was playing, and she said, 'Well, I’m playing the lead!'”

Sharing her reaction, she says, “I was totally stunned! Because I had been through days of workshops and signing contracts, and there I sat with this girl telling me that she’s playing the lead. I mean this would have come as a shocker to any actor. But later we all laughed over it when the confusion was cleared, and they assured me that I was playing the lead. Haha!”

The talented star handled the situation wisely. After delivering a phenomenal performance in Aladdin, she is now looking to do substantial roles that challenge her.
