The veteran actor Mukesh Khanna, who essays the role of Purushottam Deewan in Star Plus’ Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara (Rajshri Productions) has been an epitome of love and compassion. Over the years, the man who is the patriarch of the Deewan family has seen his family grow.. The man seemed to be bothered over the future of his daughter Preeti (Ashlesha Sawant). Also, he carried the big truth of Aditya (Nakuul Mehta) being responsible for the death of his wife within himself for years.. However, the time has now come for him to breathe a sigh of relief with Preeti settling in life post her wedding.
