MUMBAI:Popular actor Vikrant Massey is currently enjoying his time and space in different formats of media and the latest being the web-space. With classy films like Lipstick Under My Burkha and digital series like Broken on ALT Balaji, Vikrant is currently in his best career phase. Massey, 31, has signed his next digital venture directed by renowned film director Tigmanshu Dhulia. The project is an Indian adaption of popular international series Criminal Minds.
The popular actor, who was once a part of daily soap Balika Vadhu, recently announced the same on his Instagram profile via a story. The venture is produced by BBC productions and will stream on OTT platform, Applause Entertainment. TellyChakkar has dug more information regarding the digital series.

As per our exclusive information, popular film actor Jackie Shroff is also a part of the series. Shroff, has recently tasted the digital water and it seems he enjoyed the bit. His short film Khujli got him much acclaim and adulation from the critics and the masses and post that he is working for this digital series. Shroff plays an integral character. Not much is known about his character.
Apart from Jackie, the makers have roped in another popular and veteran actor. Sanjay Mishra who has wowed the audience with his iconic performances in movies like the Golmaal series, Kadwi Hawa and such, plays an important character. His art has always garnered him acclaim from all the ends.
The shooting for the series has already begun.
With such talented thespians being a part of the crime-drama, it won’t be a shocker if the Indian adaption surpasses the original series in terms of finesse.
