Balaji Telefilms’ cult show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain on Sony Entertainment Television has revived the careers of many actors and given them a new lease of life in the television industry. The concept with a ‘difference’ brought to the living rooms the mature love story of a forty year old Ram (Ram Kapoor) and thirty plus lady Priya (Sakshi Tanwar). The show went on to become the most popular one on television in recent times. In addition to Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar enjoying all the limelight, actors like Jai Kalra, Tarana Raja, Sumona Chakravarti and Mohit Malhotra too enjoyed their share of success and fame. However, with time actors tend to get dissatisfied with the way the story line and their characters shape up. We recently saw Mohit Malhotra opting out of the show, and now we guess there’s a few contemplating to join the list… The inside buzz is that Jai, Tarana and Sumona are unhappy with the way their tracks have progressed. Creative dissatisfaction has been bugging them for a while, and this has apparently provoked the three of them to express their feelings on a social networking site. We also hear that the three of them are planning to quit Bade Achche if things do not go the way they want. Recently, we found tweets of Jai and Sumona that indicated to them having a spat with the creative team. Jai Kalra had tweeted, “Sometimes the choice is whether to enjoy the perks of the process or stand up for your own dignity. The choice is tough but has to be made.” In reply to this, Sumona tweeted, “I knw exactly wat this means. T (Tarana) n me had a word. totally second u! Can't b in a f**kin limbo!” In accordance with this, we tried calling Tarana who rubbished the news and said, “Bade Achhe is the only show I have at the moment. Why will I quit? I am seen in every scene, so what more do I want? Don’t panic, I am not quitting.” Sumona on her part stated, “There’s nothing like this. I have only Bade Achhe in my kitty as of now. And it has been a long journey, which has had its own ups and downs.” When asked about her tweets, Sumona just brushed it off saying, “Vessels do make noise, and we have to settle with that.” We tried getting through to Jai Kalra but were not successful. Hmm, we only wonder if Tarana and Sumona meant to say that, if at all they fall upon a plump offer, they would not think twice to quit Bade Achche Lagte Hain. Go ponder!!!
