MUMBAI: Actress Juhi Parmar made a smashing comeback with Hamari Wali Good News on Zee TV.

The concept was unique and unconventional and the story revolved around how to save her barren daughter-in-law from taunts, Renuka uses every philtre and potion to help her conceive. When all fails, she resolves to pacify her family by expecting her husband's second child.

Well, looks like the show apparently did not manage to strike the right chord with the audience.

According to credible sources, the show will apparently bite the dust.

It was only recently that Juhi announced her exit from the show. She announced:

Renuka a character I have loved, one which was equally loved by the audience....Rarely does one get the opportunity to play such an endearing character. Renuka, I will miss you, will miss being you! Renu was love Time to don a new hat! Picture abhi baaki hai

Juhi's character Renuka supposedly succumbed to the fire in the godown and died, leaving only Navya to be the sole survivor.

As speculated, the show might go off-air on 31 May or the 1st week of June, however, if Hamari Wali Good News performs well on the charts, the channel might decide to continue or give a timeslot change. We also hear that Juhi might return to the show before it may go off-air in a new avatar as her character, Renuka’s daughter.
