Yesterday, we reported about Shashi Sumeet Productions Pvt Ltd launching the Indian adaptation of popular sitcom The Last Man Standing. The story will revolve around a senior executive who will have trouble yet hilarious times with women in his life- his wife and three daughters.

The desi version will star Barkha Singh and Ekta Pabari as the young daughters of the lead.

And playing the ‘only’ guy in the drama will be Zaan!

Yes, the actor, who moved out of the historical drama has bagged an important role. He will be seen romancing the girls in the show.

Shared a source, “The role would be of a good looking young guy who will have an easy going nature. He will play a fun loving guy and will be stuck between girls in a romantic alliance.”

As per sources, the casting is currently in full swing and the team will officially announce the same soon.

Speaking to us, Zaan shared, “Yes, I am in talks but there is no confirmation. It is a role that any actor would love to play.”
