MUMBAI: The episode begins with Rohit challenging Ajit to practice boxing with him and later explains to him how every patient is his responsibility regardless of his disputes with them outside the hospital. Later, Sonakshi and Pari reach the court. Sonakshi finds Rohit sitting alone. Rohit tells her that he is withdrawing the case to not cause any harm to Pooja and also because his mother believes that Sonakshi is telling the truth. He asks for an out of court settlement and schedules a meeting in the evening with Sonakshi to discuss who she thinks is the real culprit. Sonakshi agrees to this and also pays Rohit his fees for treating her mother.  

At the hospital, Suman is happy to hear that the Sippy’s have withdrawn the case. But Sonakshi tells them that there’s more to it which Pari will explain to them. She heads off with Netra to finish her shoots so that she can leave early by 6 pm as her meeting with Rohit is scheduled at 8:30 pm. She finishes her shoot and leaves. At the meeting, Rohit, Deepa, and Sonakshi discuss that the culprit is either Karan or Sumit. Both of them have a reason to take revenge on Sonakshi. But Sonakshi suspects Sumit more than Karan. Since they don’t have any evidence against the two, they decide to come up with a plan to entrap the culprit.

Sonakshi begins suggesting silly plans that they use in daily soaps to trap the culprits. Rohit and Deepa listen to her with disappointment. Then Deepa suggests to call up the culprits and tells them that they know everything. Then call them to a location. The real culprit will be scared and will show up. Sonakshi realises this was a plot from an English movie. They finally decide to agree on Deepa’s idea. They realise they will have to call them both from an unknown number. It strikes Sonakshi that she has an extra sim card gifted to her by a fan. She empties her entire bag on Rohit’s desk to which Rohit mocks her by asking if she was shifting somewhere since she’s carrying so much stuff in her bag. Sonakshi quickly exchanges the sim card in Rohit’s phone and hands it to him. Sonakshi and Deepa agree that Rohit will be the perfect blackmailer since he’s rude and scary anyway. Rohit sees them teasing him and disagrees to be the blackmailer. But ultimately, Deepa asks Rohit to not act childish and convinces him to call.
