She will be seen in the character of Zarina, younger sister of Suraiyya (Suchitra Pillai). A source states, "The lady will be shown coming down from Dubai. She will be the sister of Suraiyya, and would be seen essaying a grey-shaded role." When contacted, Kamya confirmed the news to Tellychakkar.com, "Yes, I am entering Beintehaa. At the moment, I can tell you that I play the sister of Suraiyya. This is my first day at shoot, so I am waiting for a clear picture of my character."
