MUMBAI: Aakriti Sharma, the wonder kid from Star Plus’ popular show Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala, has tasted a lot of fame and popularity for her stellar performance.

The talented actress has bagged yet another project.

She will be seen in an upcoming music video on a social cause of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.

A source close to the project said, ‘Aakriti will play a village girl in the song. Her parents, played by Nikita Sharma and Kanan Malhotra, will treat her as a burden and will eventually just focus on her getting married.’

The song will be released in Bhopal on a grand scale. Producer Sagar Deriya is from a political background, and this is his first project as a producer.

The song will be sung by Aakriti Mehra.
