MUMBAI: The Kapil Sharma Show is undoubtedly one of the most loved television shows. The comedy TV series never fails to entertain viewers with its hilarious episodes. Many celebrities from Bollywood appear on the show to promote their films, and recently, it was the turn of the cast of The Zoya Factor- Sonam K Ahuja and Dulquer Salmaan.
Now, as part of the promotions, Sonam is vlogging the entire journey of her promotions and when she visited the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show, she shares a sneak-peek of the fun they had on the sets. In the vlogs, Sonam documents her entire day with her co-star Dulquer and shares what actually goes behind the scenes of the interactions. In the latest vlog, we see Sonam and Kapil Sharma’s interaction as soon as Sonam reached the sets of the show. Along with the video, Sonam wrote, “The Zoya Vlogs — Day 8Welcome to another crazy day in the life of #TheZoyaFactor promotions! Today @dqsalmaan and I got to spend time with some of my favourite film journalists like @rajeevmasand @anupama.chopra and @oqspot. In the video, Sonam can be seen greeting Kapil Sharma and Archana Puran Singh on the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show, and later, she compliments Kapil for having lost some weight. To begin, we can see Sonam say that she hasn’t seen Kapil for awhile and that she always has a blast shooting with him. Later, Sonam complimented Kapil on his weight loss and Kapil happily accepted the compliment and said that he is trying. Moreover, Sonam presented a gift to Kapil i.e. the 'Zoya Kawach' and Kapil happily accepts the gift and said that he used to wear the locket but now that he is married the picture in the locket has changed but that chain is the same.
Speaking about The Zoya Factor, it is an upcoming romantic film. Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the film is a light adaptation of Anuja Chauhan's 2008 novel of the same name. It narrates the story of a girl, Zoya Solanki, who becomes a lucky charm for the Indian Cricket team during the 2011 Cricket World Cup, and the skipper Nikhil Khoda who doesn't believe in luck and superstitions. The Zoya Factor is all set to release on 20 September 2019.
