Actor Karan Thakur, who was last seen in Colors’ Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha Season 2, will sport the role of a scientist in Hats Off Productions’ upcoming show for SAB TV, Badi Dooooor Se Aaye Hain. The show will launch on 9 June at the 9.30 PM slot. As we know, this unique alien comedy will have an alien family entering a particular chawl and residing with the humans. Actors Sumeet Raghavan, Rupali Bhosale, Vinay Rohrra, Bhavna Khatri, Tanaaz, Bhaktiyaar Irani, Kunal Pandit, Shruti Rawat, Deepak Pareek, Neelam Pathania are part of the show. Karan who earlier played a comic role in Colors’ Bhagyavidhaata will get to play a scientist who has visualized the entry of a space craft somewhere in Mumbai. The man will go in search of the space craft and will find a liquid which on drinking will convert a non-human into a human. And this will provide the scientist with a clue that there is something fishy. Karan’s track will be a different one away from the chawl, wherein he will try his best to explore things and find out where the alien family would exist. Whether the scientist Rajinder Singh, essayed by Karan will get to identify the alien family or not will provide for an interesting watch. When contacted, Karan told Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, I will be playing a scientist in Badi Dooooor…who will be trying to find out the existence of non-humans in the vicinity. This is an interesting role, given that I will be doing comedy. Otherwise, I have done mostly negative roles so far.
