Here’s a big reason for Karanvir Bohra and Teejay to raise the toast, as the couple recently bought a swanky four-bedroom apartment in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Avers Teejay in confirmation, “Yes, after eight years of hard work we have finally managed to buy our own house. It is a spacious four bedroom flat. Every year we thought of buying a house but somehow it used to get delayed but finally Karan and I are really happy to shift to our new house. With God’s grace the Year 2014 ends on a very good note.”

What have you planned for interiors? “Interiors will be completely looked by Karan and me. We would like to keep it very minimal and simple. I would like to have candles, colourful curtains, wind chimes and walls will be painted with green and blue.”

What about a housewarming party? “The house warming and Christmas party is tonight at apartment’s roof top. We have invited close friends from the television and Bollywood industry.”
