MUMBAI: The episode begins with Anurag telling Prerna that he saw her hugging Mr Bajaj in the court. Before Prerna can explain, he asks her to not give any excuses that he probably collapsed. She decides to not clear his misunderstanding and drops it. Mr Bajaj learns that they have cracked a big deal that Nivi was also after. He states that they will celebrate at his place and calls Prerna to make the arrangements.

After speaking to Mr Bajaj, Prerna pretends to tell that she misses him on the phone to spite Anurag. But he notices that he already cut the call. Prerna simply states that she doesn't have to do such things. Prerna once again starts her rant about being married to Mr Bajaj and not being his anymore. Anurag is frustrated as he keeps thinking about Prerna's words and how she would choose Mr Bajaj. She tells Anurag to find someone else and move on in life. In anger and frustration, Anurag notices a knife and walks straight up to it. He holds the knife on his wrist and decides to slit it and kill himself. But his hands shake as he is unable to do it.

Mr Bajaj's words to stay away from him and Prerna pop in his head. He realises that he will not give up so easily. Prerna is playing the perfect host at the party. People even tell Sharda that they have found the perfect daughter-in-law for Mr Bajaj. Prerna calls up Mr Bajaj to let him know that all the guests have arrived so he should reach home soon. He retorts by saying that he will take time but reach. Prerna states that she will handle the guests to which, Mr Bajaj agrees that she will. He compliments her but being a good host and keeps the call.

Nivi finds out that she lost the deal to Mr Bajaj and assumes that Prerna threw the party to spite her loss. She comes over and vents her anger in front of Prerna and leaves. Anurag is sitting in his car and he realises that he was stupid to have considered suicide. He swears to make Prerna fall for him again. Nivi is very angry and talks to Mohini about it. She keeps crying and expressing her anger over how she lost the deal because of the mess created by Mr Bajaj and Prerna. Mr Bajaj enters the mansion in his car but bumps into Anurag's car. Anurag loses his cool and starts fighting with him.
